‘Fixer Upper’ Stars Chip and Joanna Gaines Opening Texas Hotel in 2021

The stars of the HGTV reality show 'Fixer Upper' are back at it again with a new project, but this time it isn't a house that they are flipping, it's an historic building in downtown Waco.

The Texas based company, Magnolia, owned and operated by the famous do-it-yourself duo is adding a hotel to it's inventory of items to be consumed by fans and followers.

Anything that these two decide to do seems to turn into gold, so it might be time to look into booking a room now so that you can stay at the new hotel during it's first year.
