I was checking out at a gas station the other day when the unicorn pen caught my eye.

I knew that I had to have that impulse item and I assumed it would only cost a couple of bucks. The woman swiped it at the register and that's when I realized it was actually about 10 dollars. I knew right then that I did NOT want the unicorn pen, but it was too late. I was committed to making the mistake and I just rolled with it. I got to work and busted it out to use, and wouldn't you know, it doesn't ever work. Sigh...
