Sometimes, life in Lubbock is boring AF. We sit around waiting for the rain, and when it doesn't show up, we sit around waiting for the wind to die down. Basically, we wait for ANYTHING exciting to happen because, man, Friday night around here is a total snooze.

It's the double-edged sword of life in West Texas: it's boring, but it's relatively drama-free. With that comes an utter lack of excitement, and that's just the way it is.
