Get Started on the 28-Day Challenge This Weekend
2017 is behind us, and if you're like me you likely indulged in Christmas sweets over the last few weeks. That's no problem, because the nutritionists at Market Street have come together to get us back on track during the 28-Day Challenge.
Brenda Duby with United Supermarkets joined me today to discuss the 28-Day Challenge and an event coming up that we can all take advantage of.
Once you sign-up for the challenge, you will receive a weekly email with seven daily challenges, including swaps and solutions. For example, Duby says instead of snacking on salty snacks, try almonds or pecans. Duby also suggested swapping that high-sugar energy drink for tea.
Duby added that contests will be happening throughout the 28-Day Challenge. You can win cash and great prizes.
This Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Market Street at 19th and Quaker, the store will be holding an event where you can try different healthy foods, talk with Brenda Duby and other nutritionists, and learn about different fitness opportunities.
