Hub City Comic Con to Host Take One Improv Comedy Shows & Panels
Take One Improv returns to Hub City Comic Con this year with a main show (free with your HCCC admission badge) panels about voice acting and improv workshops.
Take One is an improv troupe featuring unique and energetic games that seek to find the funny in fandom. It’s like watching Whose Line Is It Anyway? if the cast was your favorite video game and anime characters, pop culture references, and the host is a spicy meme. Take One players quickly make each show a celebration of weirdness and absurdity with audience-engaging games, and extensive nerd-knowledge.

So far, Hub City Comic Convention has announced that WWE Hall of Famer Lita, along with Lori Petty of Tank Girl and Orange Is the New Black. Anime voice actors Kristen McGuire, Elise Baughman, and Tiffany Volmer will be there, as well as storied voice actor Neil Kaplan, are also coming this year. We can't wait to see what else is in store.
