I Say, I Say, You Could Have Your Very Own Rooster!

We have reported on a number of animals that are not cats and dogs at the Lubbock Animal Shelter, but this one wants to crow his way into your home. They have a rooster. Yes, you heard me right, a rooster.

Be warned, though. If you decide you want to adopt this big boy, you need to live outside the city limits of Lubbock. Six hens are allowed on a homestead, but no roosters.

I have every reason to believe this guy will go to a good home out in the country where he belongs. So give Lubbock Animal Services a call at 806-775-2700.
