I’m Not Buying Into “The Cat That Barks Like A Dog” [VIDEO]

On the surface it looks like a cat is barking like a dog, gets caught and starts meowing, but I think there's something more going on here.

It appears to me that the dog sound isn't really coming from the cat at all,that a dog outside is barking then the cat just starts meowing.  Anyways, this video is all the internet rage and I think it's bogus.  What do you think? Is this cat the "Jeff Dunham" of cats, or is there a more logical explanation?
