If you're looking for some socially-distant fun, Indego will be opening for the Sublime cover band, Garden Grove, at The Garden's outdoor stage in the Depot District on November 13th, 2020 at 10 p.m.

Indego began their journey through the Lubbock music scene approximately five years ago and have become a favorite among locals. I got the chance to see them perform at The Garden for the first time a little over a year ago and I was blown away.

Tanner Spraberry, Indego's bass player, informed 94.5 FMX that the band is excited to perform at one of there favorite venues and hope for a decent turnout.

"We really love The Garden, it's a cool spot and we have played there several times," said Spraberry. "We went from playing live shows all over the place, every single weekend, to not playing at all, during this pandemic, and we are happy to be on the stage again. Coronavirus sucks, but we all understand the need to minimize large get-together and will be doing our best to provide a safe and fun experience for our fans."

This venue has a ton of picnic tables and places you can sit that are far away from others, making it a particularly good spot to hold live music amid the coronavirus pandemic.

If you can't make it out for this show, Indego will also be playing at one of my favorite bars in town, Savage Tavern, the following night (November 14th) at 10 p.m. You won't want to miss out on the great food, drink specials, and new beautiful renovations at Savage Tavern, so come check out the scene. It's sure to be a good time.
