It’s National Sandwich Day! Find Delicious Deals At These Lubbock Restaurants

Who doesn't love a good sandwich? Today, (November 3rd) is National Sandwich Day, and several chain restaurants are giving away free sandwiches and offering great deals. If you are feeling a bit peckish, it might be time to head over to a local restaurant and score a free sammy.

Here's a list of places in town that are offering sweet deals to celebrate the holiday:

McAlister's Deli: If you are a rewards member, you can get a buy one get one free sandwich. You will find the coupon on your account listed under My Rewards. If you aren't a rewards member, you can still sign up and get the deal.

Popeyes: Today through November 9th, you can get a free sandwich when you buy one at the regular price.

Potbelly: If you order online or through the Potbelly app, you the code BOGO to get the deal.

Quiznos: You can get $3 off any 12-inch sub today if you are a Toasty Points member by using the Q Pass, for the entire month of November.

Schlotzsky's: If you use the app, you are eligible to receive a medium sandwich for only $5. You can only use this deal one time per membership, but you can get up to 5 sandwiches discounted at a time, so stock up for the whole family.

Subway: This might be a stretch, but Subway is giving away 10,000 free sandwiches to anyone that is stuck flying in a middle seat on the airplane today. You can enter the sweepstakes at subwaysandwichseat.com and upload a photo that shows you are sitting in a center seat on the plane. If you win, you will get a Subway gift card.
