Charcuterie boards are all the rage right now, especially in Lubbock, Texas. So, when a local business announced that they would be offering a new and unique way to serve charcuterie at local events, everyone was excited about it.

Charcuterie Catering

The Brazen Buffalo is a catering company that specializes in charcuteries boards. From personal boxes meant to enjoy on your own, to large grazing tables designed to satiate the cravings of large groups, they offer a little bit of everything.

Along with their ‘Buffalo Boards’ they also offer a unique Texas Tech student subscriptions where you can get personal boards delivered on-campus once a month during the Spring and Fall semesters. This is a fun treat you can get for a student you know or treat yourself if you need a pick-me-up.

Taking that ‘personal’ note to heart, they are now officially offering a ‘Charcuteries Bar’ for Lubbock events.

This is a mobile bar that you can book for work events, weddings, showers, or any other events. It will be manned during the event so guests can walk up to the bar, and get their own, personal charcuterie cup to carry around and enjoy.

There aren’t too many details available about the bar so far, but I can assume it will be available in Lubbock as well as surrounding areas like Idalou, New Home, Slaton, Shallowater, and Wolfforth. Those are towns they offer their regular charcuterie catering, so also offering the new bar in these areas makes sense.
