It's Springtime, the bluebonnets are blooming and people all over Texas are enjoying the beauty of our state flower. In some meadows, however, things are getting a little...well, heated.

When they aren't fighting fires, they're lighting them...in your heart!

The Kyle, Texas Fire Department took some time away from saving lives, to apparently come up with ideas for the next "Hot Firefighter" calendar by taking some candid photos in a local pasture, spotlighting the beauty of the Texas State Flower, The Bluebonnet.

Now, ladies...before you hurt yourself trying to Google "Where Is Kyle, Texas?", we can tell you that it's less than halfway between Austin and Sam Antonio on I-35, and apparently, there are a TON of bluebonnets and firefighters hiding in the meadows in the area.

"So, we get any calls?" "Nahhh, let's just park the truck and enjoy the wonders of nature in Texas..."

I also can't help but notice that the same firefighter with the moustache is in every photo...Coincidence?

Now, knowing firefighters...some of them live to "rib" their co-workers, and as adorable as these photos are, I'm sure some of the guys are getting a little good-natured "heat" from their co-workers back at the station house.

I'm pretty sure, however...that some of the ladies of Kyle, Texas don't mind one bit, and are coming up with "emergencies" to bring the crew out.

"Why, I have no idea how the garage suddenly burned to the ground. But as long as you're here...would you like a glass of wine?"
