New Kpop Ramen Restaurant Opens in Lubbock and Becomes Instant Hit

A new ramen restaurant has opened in Lubbock, and we sure showed them a lot of love this weekend.

Community Reaction to Kpop Ramen’s Opening

According to Kpop Ramen's Facebook page, the Lubbock community's response to their opening was huge, even selling the restaurant out, between dining in, takeout, and Uber Eats orders.

Kpop responded with a huge "thank you" to Lubbock on social media- and took a day to restock and recoup from the weekend.

What’s on the Menu at Kpop Ramen in Lubbock?

Of course, ramen noodles are on the menu, both in soup-style and dry. They come in a variety of broths and toppings. The Kpop Combo features ramen with an appetizer to enjoy as well- like shrimp tempura or eggrolls.

The appetizer menu has some less common options as well, including bao buns and Korean fried chicken nuggets.

For main entrees beyond noodles, you can also get chicken wings and tenders. and even a burger done Korean style with bulgogi beef.

There are many drinks available, from traditional sodas and waters to Asian sodas, teas, matcha, and Vietnamese coffee.
