Lubbock Arboretum to Host Fall Plant Sale October 26th

The Lubbock Memorial Arboretum will host it's annual Fall Plant Sale on October 26th, near the adjacent Hodges Community Center(4011 University Ave). This is an excellent opportunity to purchase plants reared by expert Lubbock gardeners in varieties that are well adapted to our particular climate and soil.

Adding Fall plants to your landscape can really brighten up your outdoor space. Judging from what I know about Fall planting you can probably expect plants like Pansies, Violas, Ornamental Kale, Dusty Miller (a personal favorite of mine), Primrose, Ivy and more. And these sales almost always have lovely succulent arrangements as well. And the prices are fantastic.
