Remember when using Craigslist wasn't just for creepy, lonely, weirdos? I do! Those were the days! I even furnished my entire first apartment in Austin with free things I found on Craigslist. I can also thank Craigslist for hooking me up with several jobs in my early 20s.
Craigslist Is Dying
So, what's happening there these days, and who is actually keeping the site in business?
I decided to dive into our local Lubbock Craigslist to see what people had going on. I was curious if I'd see a booming community or just a sad excuse for a website. I mean, it's bound to disappear eventually, right? We've got a million other sites to replace it. It's just barely hanging on...or is it?
