When's the last time you dug into Craigslist?

It's still around after 25 years. Mindblowing. You've probably noticed some strange things on Craigslist here and there while browsing for cheap furniture and job applications. Back in 2011, Craigslist dropped the site's personal ad section amid major controversy. Eventually, most of us moved to a new platform for whatever it is we were seeking from Craigslist. It served its purpose long ago, but somehow, there are still people using it today. It's been a long time since I've tapped in there to see what kind of crazy crud is going down, so let's take a closer look at what people in the Lubbock community are doing on Craigslist.

Missed Connections

Today, I'm just going to creep through the "missed connections" section of the website. We'll see how that goes, and who knows? Maybe tomorrow I'll hit up another part of the website, so stay tuned!

Without further ado, here's what's on Lubbock's Craigslist menu today:

Inside Lubbock’s Craigslist: What Your Neighbors Are Really Up To

Well, this was somehow better AND worse than I expected. How does that happen?

Well, guys, I must say, we didn't do too badly this round. Still a little creepy and confusing, but overall, not terrible. I'm giving our Craigslist behavior today a 6/10, and that's not because you did anything wrong, but because I just don't understand how Steve is ever going to track Dylan down to get Stacy's number, and I'm going to stress about it for the rest of my life.
