Lubbock Alphabet Dating Challenge, Exploring The Letter N

As a Lubbock native, I know that it can sometimes be a challenge to spice up your activities, particularly when it comes to new experiences with your partner.

"Comparison is the theft of joy" applies in Lubbock, as it's easy to list off the things we don't have, such as an amusement park or a zoo.

However, Lubbock has plenty to offer, and my friend Chrissy and I have been demonstrating that with the Lubbock Alphabet Dating Challenge.

What Is The Lubbock Alphabet Dating Challenge?

If you've read any of Chrissy or I's other articles about Alphabet Dating, feel free to skip ahead to the "N" list. If you decided you want to start on a winning letter (and N certainly delivers) I'll explain the concept briefly.

By challenging yourself to explore the entire alphabet in Lubbock (or perhaps just pick letters that are significant to you- possibly you and your honey's initials?) it gives you the opportunity to discover and enjoy the unique amenities, businesses and organizations Lubbock has to offer, instead of focusing on what we don't have.

Are There Any Impossible Letters on The Dating Challenge?

So far, Chrissy and I have been able to come up with a least a few ideas for each letter (not going to lie, I was tricky), and I am dreading the letter Z. However, we've used this exercise to think creatively about our hometown and how best to enjoy it.

The best part? Many of these ideas are inexpensive or free, and almost all of them are totally unique to Lubbock. So instead of seeing a deficit in what Lubbock has to offer, we've been able to prove that we have amazing things to do, that no other town can provide.

N very well may be my favorite letter so far- so "N"joy this list!
