Lubbock Golden Gloves Boxing Regional Tournament This Weekend

If you're in the mood to watch some of the top athletes from West Texas and New Mexico get in the ring and get 'scrappy' then the Lubbock Golden Gloves Regional Tournament should be right up your ally.

This weekend is the annual fund-raiser for the Lubbock Warriors Optimist Boys and Girl Club.

They'll lace 'em tonight and Saturday night starting at 7:30 p.m. in the Banquet Hall of the MCM Elagante Hotel and Suites at 8th/Ave. Q.

Tickets are $15 for adults and kiddos 10 and under can catch all of the action for $8.

Tickets are available at the door only.

Get out and watch a little 'ratty-tat-tat upside the head' for a great cause this weekend in the Hub City.
