Lubbock Man Killed in Collision in Hockley County, South of Anton

A Lubbock man died as a result of a crash on Thursday, November 11th, in Hockley County.
The Texas Department of Public Safety reports the crash occurred just before 9:30 p.m. on U.S. 84, south of Anton. 23 year-old Rogelio Juarez Jr., of Lubbock, was driving on the wrong side of the road and crashed into an oncoming vehicle driven by 47 year-old Walter Henry Davis.
Juarez was pronounced dead at the scene and Davis was taken to University Medical Center with unknown injuries.
