Lubbock Police Investigate Drive-By Shooting at 34th & Slide

Lubbock police are investigating a drive-by shooting that occurred Thursday morning, March 12th, 2020.

KAMC News reports the shooting took place at 34th Street and Slide Road. A victim told police that a car drove up next to him at a stoplight and tried to get his attention.

While driving away, the victim says the suspect fired multiple shots at his vehicle. A police report confirms that officers did find multiple bullet holes in the victim's car and a shattered window.
