Lubbock SWAT Team Beat Austin in Overall 2019 TTPOA Competition

During the last weekend in September, members from the Texas Tactical Police Officers Association (TTPOA) competed in the annual SWAT Competition in Conroe, Texas.

The team oriented competition, which was held at the FBI training facility in Conroe, spanned four days and included SWAT team mbmers and active military from all over the country.

Lubbock Police Department SWAT Team placed 2nd overall in the competition, beating out big city competitors such as Austin and Irving. San Antonio took 1st place in competition final standings.
