Lubbock’s 7th Annual Halloween Havoc Costume Contest & Concert is Back!

The 7th Annual Halloween Havoc Costume Contest & Concert is coming up, and I can't wait! It's pretty much the best night of the year in Lubbock!

It's so much fun, that I still had a great time last year, despite accidentally dropping the battery pack to my inflatable corn-on-the-cob costume into the toilet before the show started. Rookie mistake. I set my better judgment to the side and quickly reached my hand into a dirty bar toilet to retrieve it. I didn't spend $65 bucks on that dang costume for nothing!

Unfortunately, the battery pack didn't work right after that. By the end of the night, I was sweating to death in a deflated corn costume from hell. But, it was still an awesome time. This year will be even better.

(Oh, did I mention I HOSTED the event? Cuz, yeah. I was tipsy on stage in that corn sack most of the evening, for all to see. Everyone is welcome.)

Oh, and of course, there's also going to be a sick-ass show, too! Some of my favorite bands are on the bill this year. Stoked.
