Lubbock’s Ranching Heritage Center to Host New ‘Hank the Cowdog’ Book Release
Lubbock's National Ranching Heritage Center (3121 4th St) is hosting a release party for Finding Hank, a new book by John R. Erickson, author of the beloved Hank the Cowdog series.
Join the National Ranching Heritage Center in celebrating the release of Finding Hank: The Most-Often Asked Questions About Hank the Cowdog.
The event will include a presentation by John R. Erickson and book signing. Books will be available for purchase.
In his new non-fiction book, John R. Erickson gives readers insight into the origins of Hank the Cowdog. Erickson sums up what prompted him to write the book nicely in the preface. “Hank has become a popular fellow. We have sold over nine million books about his adventures, and we are now hearing from second and third generation Hank fans. They, too, are curious. They want to know… who is Hank? Where did he come from and how did all of this come about?”
The event is Tuesday, November 12th from 5 to 7 p.m. Admission is free.
