Lubbock's Wild West Harley Davidson (5702 58th Street) has just gotten in items from the Harley Davidson X Aerosmith apparel line.

These highly anticipated and limited release items have been written about by Cyclenews and other cycling lifestyle publications:

The collection features iconic artwork collaborations from both Aerosmith and Harley-Davidson to create truly unique and one-of-a-kind designs. The offering will include 17 total styles and is made up of six distinct graphic capsules

The apparel line offers both men's and women's items, including hoodies, long sleeve shirts, T-shirts and tank tops. The ladies' tanks are super cute, in my opinion. This is just one of the tank designs:

Some items are available through pre-order on Aerosmith's website, while other items appear to be sold out on Harley Davidson's website. It took me some digging to find them. It's always easier and better to shop clothing from your favorite local retailer because sizing isn't so much a standard as a wildly variable concept. (See: the four different sizes of jeans I wear.)

Of course, Lubbock's Wild West Harley Davidson is much more than just a clothing retailer. They carry new and used bikes, parts, accessories, gear and even classes so you can learn to ride properly.

Now that the weather is warming up, I've seen a shocking amount of folks attempting to handle bikes and not doing the most graceful job of it. And for the love of everything, don't wear flip-flops on a motorcycle.

This brings me to another major reminder for everyone: please, please, please always check for bikes on the road. When you pay attention and actually look for bikes, you save lives.
