Memory Ride & Candlelight Vigil Set For April 3

In 2015, 171 kids including 2 Lubbock youngsters were lost due to child abuse and neglect here in Texas.

The 2016 Memory Ride & Candlelight Vigil will take place on Sunday, April 3 to remember and advance awareness of neglect and child abuse on the South Plains.

Hosted by the Family Guidance & Outreach Center of Lubbock the ride will take place at 4:30 p.m. from Mackenzie Park to the Second Baptist Church of Lubbock for the candlelight vigil at 5:00p.m.
