The "thunder from down under" also known as Airbourne, have been holed up in the Armory Studios in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada banging out new tunes for the bands third record.

Airbourne, from Warrnambool, Victoria, Australia, tabbed Brian Howes (Puddle of Mudd,Hinder) to produce the bands follow-up record to 2010's "No Guts. No Glory".

According to their Facebook page "63 days in a row recording now and we’ve decided to call off Christmas to get the Album right!"

Airbourne will kick-off their summer tour with Volbeat on May 31, in Wuhlweide, Berlin, Germany.
