One person was hospitalized Thursday night after a vehicle ran into a house in West Lubbock.

According to Lubbock Police, just before midnight they responded to the scene of accident, along with members of the fire department.

Photos taken by KAMC News show the front of a dark-colored SUV smashed into the far left side of a home in the 4400 block of 32nd Street.

EMS took one person to a local hospital with serious injuries, but it’s not clear if that person was inside the home or if they were the driver of the SUV.

Police have also not said whether or not the driver was impaired at the time of the accident.
