Pastor McMaster From The Church Of Disaster Gets Married

Congratulations to my long-time friend, Jason McMaster, from Austin, Texas on his recent nuptials with his wife Katie.For those of y'all who did not know, Jason helped me move to Lubbock, Texas from Austin, Texas (me, Jason, my dogs "Petey" and "Eva" all together in the U-Haul) in July of 1993. After spending six years in Austin, hitting every bar there was in town, we decided that our favorite was Sugar's Uptown Cabaret.

I watched Jason write many songs on bar napkins and it would amaze me that he would take those little thoughts and scribbles of a song idea and just days later have a demo of the song put together.

A true professional and Texas Hall of Famer, inducted in 1998 by the Austin Chronicle, Jason, I congratulate you and wish you and your wife the best of luck in the future.
