Playboy for iPad Has Arrived

Playboy has come to the iPad. The website for the iPad, which had been announced back in January, is up and running as of today, founder Hugh Hefner revealed on his Twitter feed.

The app allows people to access all past issues of the magazine, as well as new ones.

Subscribers will have to cough up $7.24 a month for a one-year subscription, or $17.95 for a monthly subscription. If you're not ready for that kind of commitment, you can test it out for three days for just 95 cents.

The app is web-based, so Playboy skirted the no-nudity policy enforced by Apple.
