Pregnant Teenager Injured in Downtown Lubbock Shooting

Friday morning (Nov. 1st), Lubbock police responded to a shooting in downtown Lubbock around 3:11 a.m.

KAMC News reports that someone fired multiple shots outside the Freaky Tiki Tavern. Nineteen-year-old Zachasia Green, who is pregnant, was severely injured in the shooting and taken to a hospital by private vehicle.

Green was last listed in stable condition. An initial investigation by Lubbock police has found that 30 to 50 shots were fired in the area, but police have not yet identified any suspects.
