Say It Ain’t So! Is Whataburger Really Switching To Curly Fries?

A rumor spread across the internet over the last few days that Whataburger was going to switch over to curly fries and people are losing their minds over it. How could they? What are they thinking? Why would you mess up a good thing? Please, God, say it isn't so! It only took a few minutes of internet sleuthing to learn the truth...

Luckily, it was all just a big silly joke and you don't need to worry your pretty little head over it. The joke started on the Facebook page Whataburger Fanatics and Whataburger has already responded with a resounding "nope", so there is no need to get all bent out of shape. They know their french fries can't be beaten and they would never let us down like that. Whataburger loves us all too much to be such a grinch around the holidays.

I like a good curly fry, but something about Whataburger fries just hits harder. I don't doubt that Whataburger would make some damn good curly fries, so I must admit I was slightly intrigued by the idea. But I mean, honestly, everything on the menu is friggin' delicious and to me, they can do no wrong. Even if they started making curly fries, I imagine I would eat the crap out of them.

I could totally go for a BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich right now, and pretty much every other day of my life...mmmm...

So, guys, you have nothing to worry about. No curly fries. You can rest assured that Whataburger is keeping it old school with those dope-ass fries for the foreseeable future, and that's a fantastic Christmas present for all of us.
