This year has been an absolute assault on humanity where it concerns overall mental stability and well being.

It goes without saying that during a "normal" year and course of events, people tend to look back down the path over which they have journeyed and find themselves wishing they could go back to give themselves advice on how to better navigate and end up somewhere else or better than they are now having been given some future wisdom.

Of course, this concept is not new, nor is it even possible, but if at some point you had the opportunity to go back and give your 20-year-old self advice, what would it be?
