It has been months since COVID-19 was first reported in the United States and the term "social distancing" became a mainstream phrase.

Life has been difficult for many who have been impacted by the effects of the virus, not just physically, but financially and emotionally as well.

Last week, The Wall Street Journal published a piece about the strain that the pandemic is putting on marriages. "Coronavirus stress has produced a pressure cooker inside homes, hurting even strong partnerships and, experts say, likely breaking others", wrote Anne Marie Chaker.

According to The Commonwealth Fund, the United States has the highest percentage of adults who report 'experiencing stress, anxiety, or great sadness that was difficult to cope with alone since the outbreak started.'

The Commonwealth Fund also reports that adults in the United States, along with the U.K., 'have been less likely to get needed mental health care' during the pandemic.

It is obvious that we all need a break from the stifling lifestyle adjustments being made by those of us who want to reduce the spread of COVID-19, so some of us have ignored recommended social distancing guidelines in order to maintain some sanity.

The RockShow asked the RoadCrew if they have 'cheated on social distancing' recently and for what reason. Take a listen:
