From Fried Favorites to Local Eats: A Foodie’s Guide to the South Plains Fair
The South Plains Fair is more than just rides and games; it’s a celebration of food, especially from local vendors who bring their best to the midway. From fried classics and sweet treats to unique eats you can only find once a year, the fair has something for every appetite.

Here’s a look at all the local food choices you can enjoy at this year’s event. Note that I went on Preview Night, so not every truck/ booth was open yet.
