I am so thrilled for all things Autumn this year, and of course, that includes this year's South Plains Fair, a tradition here in Lubbock dating all the way back to 1914! For those of you who love to ride every ride, or hit your favorite rollercoaster over and over, the Megapass is made just for you, and they are already on sale for 2026. These can and often do sell out, so get yours soon!

How Much Are South Plains Fair Megapasses in 2026?

Megapasses for this year's fair are $75 dollars. If you are planning on going to the fair multiple days and/or riding a lot of rides, the Megapass will save you money- and you'll also save the time spent in line to get ride passes. One Megapass will include unlimited rides for all nine days of the fair, September 25th through October 3rd (Megapass does not cover Preview Night, a.k.a. "Buck A Ride" night on Thursday the 2nd).

Megapass covers the cost of rides only. You will still need to pay for parking ($5) and admission (13 & up $10, 2-12 $5, under 2 is free) during applicable times, and it does not provide a discount on concessions, etc. Megapasses are only available until sold out or until Saturday, September 13th, whichever comes first.
