Steven Tyler Looks Like He Got the Crap Beat Out of Him After the Shower Fall [VIDEO]

Steven Tyler took and awful fall in the shower due to Motezuma's Revenge in Paraguay. We all make fun of it but he looks like holy hell. Mike Tyson did a dance on his face almost. I feel bad for the guy because everybody says he's off the wagon. He's not but after this he might be back on the pain pills. He did, however, hit the stage the night after and rock it even with a jacked up face. That's a true performer. Get better brotha.
