Did you know stress affects more than just your mind? Too much stress can lead to stomach problems, depression, stroke, or even heart disease. Yikes.

Instead of giving you an oversold list of ways to de-stress that you can find anywhere on the internet, I thought I'd just hook you up with a few of my tried and true ways to chill out in the face of utter madness.
These simple ways to soothe myself have gotten me through heartbreak, stage fright, looming work deadlines, and many other cruddy situations that tried to get the best of me.
