Summer Songs That Rock (kinda)

This morning on the RockShow we we're lamenting the lack of 'summer' songs (and we don't 'lament' often).  Heathen is of the belief that it's more about the 'vibe', but I wanted songs that spell out the celebration of the season. On the air we concluded there were no good songs, but we forgot one.

The problem is that most songs that actually use summer in their title are a little outdated.  We thought of "Summer" by War, "Summer Breeze" by Type O and "The Aint The Summer of Love".  We forgot one we still like.  Even though it's a little old, "Summer Nights" by Van Halen still rocks.
