As I told you this past Friday, I had to make a road trip to Des Moines, Iowa to pick up my twin boys and we did 1700 miles in 28 hours to arrive safely back home!

One thing I seem to crave every night around 3:40 is ice cream. Most of the time I can just drink some milk and the craving foes away, unless we don't actually have ice cream at the house. Go figure.

It was today 32 years ago that 94.5 flipped to 94.5 KFMX at noon today, and so we celebrate with the track that would lay the foundation for what we hear today, Led Zepplin's "Rock And Roll."

Monday nights, FMX and Hooters have it going on for football, beer and the wings. We have gone old school and busted out the classic FMX finger goal kicking contest and Hooters does the Monday night blitz, offering up all-you-can-eat nearly boneless world famous wings, and ice cold beers served up by the lovely Hooters girls.

By now everyone of you reading this should know being a hardcore FMX listener is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. Another is the big pay off's that can come with entering contests and calling in to win prizes.

Just when I had fully recovered from the FMX Birthday Bash, and X-Fest 9, three more rocking road shows hit the Dirt City to kick off the month of May.

Six dollar beers, horrible parking conditions, and even worse road contsruction still didn't stop us from acting like one big "Happy Family"
