It was today 32 years ago that 94.5 flipped to 94.5 KFMX at noon today, and so we celebrate with the track that would lay the foundation for what we hear today, Led Zepplin's "Rock And Roll."

Over the last 32 years we have had over a hundred jocks put their stamp on FMX in some way. I am very proud to be apart of this group.

Over the last 32 years we have seen all kind of changes from the music the jocks and I am so thankful that the fans have let us be apart of their life. Even with all the technology on how to get your music, you still turn on the radio and that is so cool. Keep listening and will keep delivering the rock and roll you want.

I could go on and on about how thankful I am to being a jock at FMX but I feel like this celebration is more for you the fans of Lubbock's Rock Station, without you rock and roll would not have a place on radio.

So with all that said here you go, 32 years ago today at noon Lubbock's Rock Station was born and we played Led Zepplin's "Rock And Roll" and we have stayed true to that 32 years later, thanks to all the fans and your support.

So from myself, Wes Nessman, Mike Driver, Frank Pain, Simon, Guapo and everyone else from FMX, here is to another 32 years of Kicking @$$.
