In 2026, Texas welcomes COTALAND with a 130-ft tilt coaster plus Palindrome, joining new coaster additions at SeaWorld and Six Flags.

The Conquistador ride has officially closed at Six Flags Over Texas to make way for a record-setting dive coaster opening in 2026.

ZDT’s Amusement Park in Seguin, Texas, is closing its gates for good August 17. The 18-year-old park is home to Switchback, the only wooden shuttle coaster in the U.S.

From one roller coaster junkie to another, this gives me warm and fuzzies all on the inside. "Skyscraper," the world's tallest roller coaster, makes me squee with joy.

I'm sure several of you have favorite rides at the fair, Six Flags, of other amusement parks. I have been to a lot of parks in my life and I have ridden a lot of rides,
