The personal finance website WalletHub released its report on 2020's Best & Worst State to Drive in, and Texas has ranked 4th in the country.
Obviously, the data does not reflect the quality of drivers here in Lubbock.
The report compared 50 states using metrics, such as average gas prices, share of rush hour traffic congestion, and road quality.
Texas ranked 3rd for car dealerships per capita, 5th for average gas prices, and 6th for auto repair shops per capita. Read the entire report here.
