Ah, yes, it's that time of year again. THE most exciting weekend in all sports...well, as far as offseasons go. The 2015 NFL Draft is surrounded by all kinds of rumors and trade talks, especially the number two pick. See where I think some of college football's best go here.

First and foremost, barring a complete curveball, I think the Tampa Bay Bucs take Jameis Winston, no doubt. I do think there will be a trade up to the second position, it's just a matter of who and for what. Tennessee holds the key to this year's draft, but because this is a mock draft, I'll go with the theory that no trades happen and just go off of legitimate needs. So let's start with the second pick:

2. Tennessee Titans: Leonard Williams - DL - USC...I think this is the safest pick for the Titans; the need is there and this young man, with a huge skill set and great presence, can be very disruptive in a Dick LeBeau-style defense.

3. Jacksonville Jaguars: Dante Fowler - DE/OLB - Florida...The Jags also need some help off the edge, and I think Fowler brings the most intensity coming in from the outside.

4. Oakland Raiders: Amari Cooper - WR - Alabama...The Raiders picked up a good value in Crabtree at receiver, but could stand to add another big and potentially elite receiver. Cooper has that potential, and I think the need for Oakland is too great to not add him.

5. Washington Redskins: Vic Beasley - OLB - Clemson...The Redskins are in a position where any position could use an upgrade, but nothing is truly glaring. I think the best on the big board gets taken here, and that would be Vic Beasley.

6. New York Jets: Marcus Mariota - QB - Oregon...Do I truly think this is where the Duck great lands? Not at all. I think he goes at two no matter what, but because we don't truly know who's going to be at two come draft night, I think it's a safe bet to say he'd land here if he doesn't go second overall, but I think he goes second no matter what.

7. Chicago Bears: Kevin White - WR - West Virginia...The Bears need another receiver, and Kevin White is perhaps the best pair of hands on the board. Oh, he's pretty damn fast too.

8. Atlanta Falcons: Bud Dupree - LB - Kentucky...The next best edge rusher comes off the board and fills a need for Atlanta. Randy Gregory or Shane Ray could go here, but the red flags are a big deal, and I don't think the Falcons will gamble.

9. New York Giants: Brandon Scherff - OL - Iowa...I definitely think the Giants need help on the offensive side of the ball, and it starts up front. Scherff would be a day-one, impact player and could provide good leverage up front.

10. St. Louis Rams: Andrus Peat - OT - Stanford...The Rams all of a sudden have a huge hole at the tackle spot, and Andrus Peat is a brute. He'll fit well on Jeff Fisher's squad.

11.Minnesota Vikings: Trae Waynes - CB - Michigan State...The Vikings are in need of a true shutdown corner, and Trae Waynes could potentially be that for the Purple way up north.

12. Cleveland Browns: Danny Shelton - NT - Washington...Though I think the Browns are in a prime position to trade up to the #2 spot, the pick here would still make sense. They need an anchor on the defensive line, and Shelton can be just that. We'll see the Browns again in just a bit.

13. New Orleans Saints: Todd Gurley - RB - Georgia...I know, I know, this may be absolutely ridiculous to some people, but the Saints are looking for ways to bolster their offense. I think adding that running back to their mediocre stable is a step in the right direction. They also get another pick later this round.

14. Miami Dolphins: DaVante Parker - WR - Louisville...Parker going to Miami should be a dream come true for most fans of the 'Phins. They need talent at the wideout position and Parker would be great for Tannehill.

15. San Francisco 49ers: Kevin Johnson - CB - Wake Forest...The Niners also need some serious help in the secondary and I think they'll go after a talent in Johnson from Wake Forest. It may not be flashy, but it's needed, and Johnson is better than a lot of people think.

16. Houston Texans: Arik Armstead - DL - Oregon...The Texans don't truly need help on the D-line, but you can never have too many good pass rushers, and I really wouldn't be surprised if this pick is given up for a couple later picks down the stretch.

17. San Diego Chargers: Ereck Flowers - OT - Miami...Oh, and the run on tackles begins. The Chargers could use O-line help, and it's no secret. Flowers is a bruiser, and will be used immediately.

18. Kansas City Chiefs: D.J. Humphries - OT - Florida....The entire AFC West could use line help, and that's the pick here. Humphries has only been adding to his stock recently, and could break the top 20.

19. Cleveland Browns: La'el Collins - OT - LSU...Collins looks like a perfectly solid fit for Cleveland's offense; I think the Browns nab some help on the line and get better in the trenches.

20. Philadelphia Eagles: Nelson Agholor - WR - USC...Chip Kelly DOESN'T pick up an Oregon player (what!?), but instead another Pac-12 player who performed well last year. The Eagles could use another weapon, so here you go.

21. Cincinnati Bengals: Malcom Brown - DL - Texas...The second Big 12 player comes off the board and stays in orange. The Bengals would love a shot in the arm up front defensively, and Brown can be that guy.

22. Pittsburgh Steelers: Randy Gregory - OLB - Nebraska...The ride finally ends in Pennsylvania for the "troubled" defender. He might just do well here in Steel City.

23. Detroit Lions: Melvin Gordon - RB - Wisconsin...the Big 10 rusher lands in Detroit and should see a nice workload on turf. The Lions have to get a legitimate workhorse back.

24. Arizona Cardinals: Byron Jones - CB - Connecticut...A very athletic, hard-nosed defender, Jones could step in and play well, even in the NFC West.

25. Carolina Panthers: Shaq Thompson - LB - Washington...The Panthers seem to really like him, so Thompson going from west coast to east coast might be a big possibility. Also,  Carolina could use another talented young player in their linebacking corps.

26. Baltimore Ravens: Eddie Goldman - DT - Florida State...The Ravens want a running back, but I don't think they'll reach here. They play it safe with a reinforcement for their D-line.

27. Dallas Cowboys: Marcus Peters - CB - Washington...The Cowboys take a chance on the corner who's had some troubles in the past. He's a great corner, and the Cowboys need one. The question will be if he can keep himself in check off the field.

28. Denver Broncos: Cameron Erving - OL - Florida State...Not many needs are glaring for the Broncos, but an addition to the offensive line isn't a bad idea.

29. Indianapolis Colts: Landon Collins - S - Alabama...The first legit safety comes off the board as the Colts take a chance on a true position of need. Secondary has always been questionable for Indy, so Collins will be the first in line to change that.

30. Green Bay Packers: Eric Kendricks - ILB - UCLA...I think Kendricks takes the tumble to the late-first round but ends up in the hands of Green Bay. He should do well here, and the Packers should be thrilled to grab him.

31. New Orleans Saints: Maxx Williams - TE - Minnesota...A freak athlete, Williams will carry the load that Jimmy Graham left behind. Williams should be great in the pass-heavy Saints offense.

32. New England Patriots: Devin Smith - WR - Ohio State...The Patriots might reach here, but the deep threat on the outside is still a need that the Patriots have. Slot receivers are abundant for the Pats, but the big target outside will be welcome.

So, there you have it. Hopefully, your team gets exactly who you want them to. Happy drafting, everyone!!
