The Lubbock Lions Club has set the date for their 67th Annual Pancake Festival. It reminds me of the time I ran around the place in a dinosaur costume. Good times.

It's an annual Lubbock tradition, and almost always the largest pancake festival in the world.

The Lubbock Lions Club (the largest Lions Club in America, by the way) has set Saturday, February 16th from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. for their next pancake throwdown. And you can be pretty sure I'll be there either flipping pancakes at the VIP table with a mayor or sheriff or someone important, or I'll be running around in an inflatable dinosaur costume dancing with kids and terrorizing people on stage. It's kind of my thing.

Eat all the pancakes and sausage you can at the 67th Annual Lubbock Lions Pancake Festival! Plenty of fun and music for the family, and lots of cotton candy, popcorn, balloons, and tattoos for the kiddos! AND don't forget that awesome raffle items! Come out to help celebrate the Lubbock Lions Serving 90 Years in Lubbock!!!
The Lubbock Lions Club raise funds to serve Lubbock organizations that support those that need assistance.
