Warriors Capture NBA Championship In Cleveland

The Golden State Warriors did it; they captured an NBA title, and they did it on their opponent's court with a 105-97 final.

The Warriors didn't do it without some trouble from the worthy Cleveland Cavaliers. LeBron and company had plenty to offer against Curry's Warriors, but the offensive firepower and quickness from Golden State was just too much for the physically-bigger Cavs.

Game 6 seemed to be all but wrapped up, but J.R. Smith provided a spark from the outside for the Cavs, and the game was pulled close. The Warriors found a way to hang on and took the title.
