What's your perfect day in Lubbock? Where would you eat? What would you do for fun?

I started planning out a perfect day in Lubbock for a friend of mine coming to visit me from overseas. She's never been here before, and unfortunately, she will only be here one day before we hop in the car and road trip around the rest of the state. There are a million places I'd like to take her, but I'll have to settle for just a few of my faves.
