Wolfforth's Tumbleweed + Sage Coffeehouse (610 Donald Preston Drive, A101) isn't like every other coffee shop around. They use locally-sourced coffee, teas, and pastries from West Texas to create tastes that are unique. Bonus: the labels look like Loteria cards. It's so cool I can't stand it.

I asked Tumbleweed + Sage about what inspired their one-of-a-kind flavors:

My husband and I were both born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. There's one thing that we love the most, and that is the culture. We wanted to incorporate the Tex-Mex style of our surroundings into our coffee shop, but also contribute high-quality coffee to our community.
