Thirty years ago if someone had asked me what the best part of my job was, I probably would have told them getting paid to go to rock shows and getting to party every night of the week.

At that point in my life, I did not realize how many amazing artists I would have the pleasure to say I got to met when they were just starting out and have the honor of watching them grow into rock stars through the years.

These days if someone were to ask me what the best part of my job is, I would have to say getting to interview guys like Corey Taylor of Slipknot and Stone Sour.

Not only is Corey a great musician, he's just a good dude who takes time to recognize that without the fans he and guys like him would not be where they are today.
