I was lucky enough to score my first job at Daybreak Coffee Roasters when I was a teenager. It was totally awesome, but there were several other really cool spots in town that I wanted to work for SO badly. A few of them are long gone, but some of them are still around today. When I pass them, I kind of dream about walking in, slamming an application on the table, and getting to work.
