7th Annual Catfish Fry Gets Cooking Today
As we all know many families rely on food boxes from the South Plains Food Bank year round.
In order to meet the demand for food to fill those boxes the food bank holds special events and fund raisers all year long.
The 7th Annual Prosperity Bank Catfish Fry happens today inside the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center at 1501 Mac Davis Ln. starting at 5:30 p.m.
There will be activities for the kids, a silent auction, and of course fried catfish with all proceeds going to the South Plains Food Bank.
