Apparently It’s Alright For Teachers To Threaten Students In Florida
If you turn on the TV, radio, or surf the internet these days you are bound to see, hear, or read about at least on instance of bullying that has occurred the previous day, week, or month.
As sad as it is, bullying has become a real part of everyday life for many kids.
Normally we expect to hear that the bully was a peer and that action has been taken, but what if the bully is an adult, not just an adult, but a teacher?
Recently in Florida a girl recorded a teacher in what amounts to bullying and then the recording was turned over to school officials who fired the teacher.
Kudos to the little girl and to the administration for taking action against a teacher who chose to lash out at a child.
Sadly, a few days later the girl was expelled for violating the teachers "expected right to privacy."
